Carl Gustaf Mannerheim was registered in Hanko from 1919 to 1935. The Marshal owned the villa Stormhällan in Hanko and had a lively social life here in the summer. He also ran a café in the House of the Four Winds. During the tour, you will learn about Mannerheim’s personal history and his time in Hanko, as well as about the villas where he spent time with family and friends. The tour focuses on the civilian Mannerheim, the man behind the mask.
