Pike’s Gut

“The Guest Book of the Archipelago” – a unique attraction! A narrow strait located directly off the coast between two islands, Tullisaari and Kobben, was used as a sheltering harbour from the 15th century onwards. To this large and protected natural harbour sailing vessels came to stay during storms and to refill water supplies. Seafarers carved their names, coats of arms, owner´s marks and even short stories in the rocks of these islands; some 640 carvings have been found and registered. There are cruises to the Pike´s Gut during the summer, as well as boat tours to order.
