Are you looking for an inspiring and unusual creative meeting space for a day or two? Architect Ernst G. Hedman designed the Bank on Bulevardi for emigrants in 1903. The Bank is a new renaissaince building and has been recently renovated with traditional and environmentally friendly methods . It has been decorated with beautiful vintage furniture and artwork. Studio Parkkonen has the bank as their workspace and gallery, and is also available to rent for private functions, meetings and training days.

Approximately 140 m2, two large rooms, kitchen and toilet.
Most ideal for small working groups and small-scale functions for 20 people.

2. Large room, 10-12 people around the table
3. Large room, 4-6 people sofa set and coffee table
The kitchen is provided with Nespresso coffee maker and fridge. You can order catering through our recommended catering partners.
We provide a video projector, screen and PA system.
Rate: 650 euros + VAT per day
Minimum: 1 day for the whole house
